About Our Club
Pulaski County Council for Children and Youth Services and Our Club

The Pulaski County Council for Children and Youth Services Board (PCCCYS) is a coalition of county, state and local governments, service organizations, businesses, churches, civic groups and associations, which was developed in 1991 by then Governor Bill Clinton and Pulaski County Judge F.G. "Buddy" Villines. As a means to empower youth and families to combat delinquency, poverty, drugs and gang violence, the PCCCYS Board developed the Our Club concept.

The program serves youth ages six to eighteen by bringing communities together and providing youth with opportunities to learn, grow, and expand their horizons. Since its inception, Our Club has grown in size and scope, thereby benefiting over 5,000 youth. Positive interventions, such as these, have helped to reduce delinquency in Pulaski County and insure that a child's first environment is one that will contribute to his or her bright future.

Our Club has received funding from the W.K. Kellogg, Winthrop Rockefeller, and Allstate Foundations. Our Club continually seeks funding from private entities as well as government sources.
